Terms & Conditions

• If you have multiple children enrolled in the school, the discount will apply only to the youngest child.
• It does not apply to siblings of current students, students who have previously belonged to the institution or children of collaborators of La Moderna.
• The referred family must not belong, at the time of registration, to any ISP school, including Liceo Panamericano Samborondón, Liceo Panamericano Centenario or any other institution of the ISP network, inside or outside the country.
• The only valid means of registering a referral is the Referral Form. Referrals sent by other means will not be accepted.
• The form must be submitted before the applicant family has requested information, initiated the admissions process or had contact with the Admissions Department. Otherwise, the referral will not be valid.
• The referred family must indicate that they were recommended by the referring family both on the intake form or brochure and during the family interview.
• In the event that the same family is referred by more than one participant, only the first official registration received through the Referral Form will be recognized.
• The referring family declares to have the authorization of the referred family to share their contact information with the Admissions Department of La Moderna.
• The referring family will receive the benefit only when the applicant family has been admitted, has satisfactorily completed the enrollment process and it is officially formalized.
• The benefit consists of a discount applied exclusively to the value of pensions. It does not apply to tuition, extraordinary fees, additional services or other collection concepts.
• The maximum accumulated discount will be 100% of the value of the pension corresponding to the period of application of the programme.
• The benefit is personal, it is not transferable, it is not exchangeable for money, it does not generate a credit balance and it cannot be applied to other school periods.
• This benefit cannot be combined with other promotions, discounts or institutional agreements, unless expressly authorised by La Moderna.
• The benefit will be applied only to pensions corresponding to the 2027-2028 school year.
• Referrals must register, be admitted and complete their enrollment until April 30, 2027.
• La Moderna reserves the right to verify compliance with these terms and conditions and to terminate the benefit in the event of detecting false, duplicate information or information that does not comply with any of the established conditions.
